Why should we choose you? We can get a rideshare or taxi for cheaper?

Reliability of rideshare and taxi in the Cleveland area is very low, there's about an 80-90% chance that the rideshare or taxi will cancel our not show despite being reserved earlier especially during early AM airport trips.

We found a party bus company that's cheaper. Why should we consider your price when we found someone that's half the price?

This is a legitimacy issue. There are a lot of companies promoting services that don't have the proper insurance and licensing. When the PUCO does checks (which they do frequently) they will pull any vehicles not in compliance with operating requirements out of service immediately and can leave you stranded. We are properly licensed and insured so this will not happen with us!

How far in advance should I book my service?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for major events, weddings, or early morning airport transportation. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, advanced reservations guarantee that we can provide the meticulous, punctual service you deserve and that your preferred vehicle is available for your specific date and time.

How is your pricing structured?

We offer transparent and flexible pricing to accommodate your specific needs. Our rates are structured as follows:

  • Hourly Chauffeur Rental: All prices start at $100/hr.

  • Point-to-Point Transportation: All prices start at $100 per trip.

  • 9, 13, and 14 Passenger Vehicles: Prices start at $175/hr with a 4-hour minimum.

  • 20 and 25 Passenger Vehicles: Prices start at $200/hr with a 5-hour minimum.

  • 36 Passenger Vehicle: Prices start at $225/hr with a 5-hour minimum.

Please note these prices do not include tax or applicable fees. For the most accurate quote, we encourage you to call us.

Is gratuity for the chauffeur included?

For your convenience, a standard chauffeur gratuity is included in your initial quote to ensure transparent, all-inclusive pricing. While not expected, if you feel your chauffeur has provided exceptional service, you are welcome to provide an additional tip at your discretion.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on providing a truly customized and luxurious experience. Whether you require a specific beverage to be chilled and waiting, have a preferred music playlist, need decorations for a special occasion like a wedding or anniversary, or want to plan a specific scenic route, we are here to accommodate.
